In the event your customer would like to cancel their purchase and request a refund, we will process the refund through their original payment within two (2) business days, and the customer will typically receive the refund within one (1) to three (3) business days after that. However, depending on the issuing bank or financial institution, it may take up to ten (10) working days to receive the refund. Any fees charged during the transaction will not be refunded.
