As much as we believe in building sustainable credit with our customers, there will be times when the full amount on instalment plans cannot be granted. In these cases, we suggest an adjusted amount on the downpayment to make the purchase possible for the customer. However, there can be exceptional cases where we will not be able to approve a request. This can happen when the data suggests that the customer would have difficulties financing any instalment plans.
